A new feature to allow you to download a ZIP file containing selected BOLs has been added to the Shipments - Search By PO Number screen as well as the Shipments - Date Range screen.

On both of these pages, you will see a results grid at the bottom after performing a search. You will see a new checkbox has been added to each row. This is similar to the checkboxes on the MTR results grid.

You can scroll through the results grid checking the rows for which you would like the BOL downloaded in the ZIP file. Since the BOL files can be large, we recommend selecting around 10 for a download.

Once you have completed your selections, click the 'Download BOLs' button located above the results grid. You will see a spinner appear while the ZIP file is prepared. Don't be scared if this takes a minute or so to complete.

When the ZIP file has been constructed, your browser will prompt you for an action to take on the file. Select to download the file to your PC. When you open the ZIP file, you will see that there is one PDF file for each selected BOL.
